Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling campaigns and promotions that align with our brand and objectives.
- Monitor social media analytics and track key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and industry professionals to expand our reach and amplify our message.
- Assist with social media advertising initiatives, including creating ad copy, targeting audiences, and monitoring campaign performance.
- Implement social listening strategies to monitor conversations about our brand and industry, identify opportunities for engagement, and address any issues or concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and interact with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design software.
- Creative thinking and a passion for digital media.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media advertising and influencer marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of copyright and licensing laws related to music and content creation is desirable
