Job Description
As a UX Designer at 360beats, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our digital platforms and products. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, design intuitive interfaces, and create seamless experiences that delight our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and product goals.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and usability testing results.
- Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms and products, maintaining brand guidelines and design standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in the entertainment or digital media industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design solutions to stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for solving complex problems and improving user experiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work samples and projects demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills
